FAQ's

Common

Questions

Do I need to have lab work before my appointment?

We usually discuss what labs may be helpful during your initial consultation. If you've completed recent bloodwork, you are welcome to bring your results to the first appointment.

Do you prescribe weight-loss or hormone medications?

When medically appropriate, prescription medications and/or supplements may be incorporated into your individualized treatment plan. Medication is only one part of a comprehensive approach to your health.

Do you accept insurance?

Kind Medicine is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. We provide an itemized receipt and, when appropriate, a Letter of Medical Necessity to support reimbursement through your HSA or FSA.
